Checking the Privacy setting on your Microsoft Team
Microsoft Teams can be set to either Private or Public, depending on how you wish to share data and collaborate with TUS staff, students, or external users. You may need to check your Privacy settings on your Teams from time to time to ensure that the Privacy settings are correct for the intended use of the Team. Private Teams are only accessible to the members of the Team. Public Teams can be accessed by any member of the organisation, taff or student.
Note that only Team Owners can change the privacy settings of a Team.
