Checking your storage use in OneDrive
If you need to check how much storage you have used, or how much is remaining, in your OneDrive, you can do so either via the OneDrive app on your device or by logging in to OneDrive via a web browser and following the steps outlined below.
1. Using the OneDrive desktop application
If you have the OneDrive application installed on your desktop or laptop/mobile device, click on the blue Cloud icon in the bottom right of your screen, near the date and time:
Make sure that you are logged into your TUS OneDrive (1.) and then click on the Settings icon (gear wheel in the top right) (2.), and then click Settings (3.)
On the bottom-left of the Settings screen, you should see the Storage indicator which will tell you how much storage you are using, and the total amount of storage available to you.
2. Using the Web App via MyApps
Logon to your MyApplications page (https://myapplications.microsoft.com/) with your TUS username and password and click on the OneDrive icon in your MyApps list:
When you are directed to the OneDrive portal, click on the Settings icon (gear wheel) in the top right of the web page (1.) then click on OneDrive Settings (2.)
Click on More Settings, on the left hand menu:
Under Features and Storage, click on Storage Metrics
On the top right of the Storage Metrics page, you can see how much of your quota you have available to you:
You can also see which folders contain the most data in this view, and can check to see which ones may need attention should you be approaching your quota limit.
