Personal Device reports "Managed by your organisation"

Summary of issue:

After signing into Microsoft 365 application with TUS credentials, your laptop/PC reports that it is managed by your organisation.

Solution:

The issue is caused by leaving the "allow my organisation to manage my device" box checked when signing into Office 365 applications such as MS Teams, MS Office or MS Word etc.

To fix this problem:

First disconnect the work/school account in setting->accounts->access work or school

Then sign into the various applications that require your TUS credentials such as Office or Teams.

Make sure to uncheck "Allow my organisation to manage my device"

"Click this app only" This way the account is not seen as a work account on Windows.
